Staying Alive

In this 6 Week study we will dive into God’s Word and we will explore how behavior changes, stress management, nutrition, and fitness can help us achieve good health and complete wholeness in Him. We’ll also discover how our lifestyles coupled with environmental factors and genetics play into our overall health. Ultimately, we will find our unique pathway to “good health” with our souls “getting along well” as we make positive changes with a foundation in God’s Word and keep it going to long term health and wholeness success.
